“温肾利水”法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(缓解期)58例

摘　　要：目的:评价"温肾利水"法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(缓解期)的有效性。方法:采用平行对照试验方法,58例缓解期肺心病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组在对照组西医治疗的基础上,加用"温肾利水"方,临证加减,每日1剂,浓煎300 m L,分2次服用,疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组用药后总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为92.86%,两组综合疗效相当(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组症状体征总积分、主要临床症状体征、感冒及发作次数(次/半年)、血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)及血管紧张素II(Ang II)水平、平均肺动脉压指标均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05),两组Tei指数下降程度相似(P>0.05)。结论:"温肾利水"方对缓解期肺心病的疗效优于西药对照组,未发现明显不良反应。Objective ： To analyze the clinical effectiveness of the method of warming the kidney and driving the water in trea- ting patients with pulmonary cardiac disease in remission. Methods ： Fifty - eight patients in remission phase of chronic pulmonate were enrolled in this study. They were randomly assigned to the control group 28 cases and the trial group 30 cases according toparallel controlling method. All patients received Westelm medicine. Furthermore, the trial group received the Chinese medicine of warming the kidney and driving the water： one package, twice a day,lasting three months. Results ： There was no significant differ- ence between two groups with the efficiency 96.67% in trial group and 92.86% in the control group respectively（ P 〉 0.05 ）. And the decrease of Tel index was similar in two grotLps （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, compared with control group, the experimental group had significantly improved the total score of clinic symptoms and signs, the frequency of Flu, BNP, AnglI and the mean pul- monary artery press（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The treating method of warming the kidney and driving the water can significant im- prove the therapeutic effect on the cases with remissive pulmonary cardiac disease with less adverse reactions comparing with the basic therapy.
