腕踝针、芒针透刺结合腰部斜扳法治疗腰椎后关节滑膜嵌顿40例

摘　　要：目的:观察腕踝针、芒针透刺结合腰部斜扳法治疗腰椎后关节滑膜嵌顿的临床疗效。方法:收集符合纳入标准的腰椎后关节滑膜嵌顿患者40例,采用腕踝针、芒针透刺结合腰部斜扳法治疗,观察疗效。结果:腕踝针、芒针透刺结合腰部斜扳法治疗3次后,40例患者痊愈19例,好转21例,无效0例,痊愈率47.5%,好转率100%;VAS评分治疗前(6.102±1.314),治疗后(1.209±0.437),VAS评分差值(4.508±1.514),治疗前后比较P<0.01。结论:腕踝针、芒针透刺结合腰部斜扳法治疗腰椎后关节滑膜嵌顿见效迅速,疗效明显,操作简单,安全性高。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of WAA, elongated needle and lumbar oblique pull method on lumbar syno- vial incarceration. Methods ： To recruit 40 patients who met the standards of lumbar synovial incarcerated and observe the clinical effect of the treatment by the WAA, elongated needle and lumber oblique pull method. Results ： After three times treatment, there were 19 cases cured,21 cases improved,0 case ineffective,the cure rate was 47.5% ,the improvement rate was 100% ; pre - treatment VAS score 6. 102 ± 1.314, after treatment 1. 209± 0. 437 , VAS score difference 4. 508 ± 1.514, comparing the score of before and after treatment P 〈 0.01. Conclusion：The treatment of WAA, elongated needle and lumbar oblique pull method on syn- ovial incarcerated more quickly, significantly with simple operation and salty.
