中药外敷内服对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的治疗与护理

摘　　要：目的:对比观察中药外敷内服与抗生素外敷及全身用药对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的疗效。方法:将43例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分成中药治疗组22例及西药治疗组21例,中药治疗组外敷加味祛腐生肌膏,内服内补黄芪汤。西药治疗组外敷庆大霉素左氧氟沙星混合液,全身应用抗生素。15 d为1个疗程,观察治疗2个疗程,以愈合、显效、有效、无效四个等级评价治疗效果。结果:中药治疗组愈合率77.27%,总有效率100%,西药治疗组愈合率38.10%,总有效率80.96%。结论:外敷加味祛腐生肌膏,内服内补黄芪汤对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的疗效明显优于抗生素的外敷加全身用药。Objective ： To observe the effect of topical oral contrast with topical antibiotics, systemic administration Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage pressure ulcer treatment. Methods ：43 cases of Ⅲ, IV stage pressure ulcers were randomly divided into treatment group 22 eases, 21 cases of western medicine treatment group. Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with topical cream flavored myogenic and the oral supplement astragalus soup. Western medicine treatment group with topical gentamicin,levofloxacin mixture, systemic antibiotics, a course of 15 days. We observed two courses of treatment, heal, significant effective, effective,ineffective four levels of evaluation results. Results ： The Chinese medicine treatment group healing rate was 77.27% and the total efficiency rate was 100%. The western medicine group healing rate was 38.10% and the total efficiency rate was 80.96%. Concluaion ：This topical cream flavored Qufushengji and oral astragalus soup was better than oral supplement and topical antibiotics plus systemic adminis- tration for Ⅲ,, IV stage pressure ulcer treatment.
