摘 要:目的:观察艾灸关元、三阴交穴对寒凝证类痛经大鼠扭体反应和脊髓、中脑的κ受体的影响,旨在初步探讨艾灸不同穴位对寒凝证类痛经大鼠镇痛效应的差异及可能的中枢机制。方法:将处于动情间期3月龄的SD雌性大鼠36只,随机分为盐水组、寒凝类痛经组、艾灸三阴交组和艾灸关元组,每组9只。除盐水组外,寒凝类痛经组、三阴交组和关元组采用全身冷冻法结合苯甲酸雌二醇注射法造模。盐水组和寒凝类痛经组不予艾灸,三阴交组在造模第6天、第8天注射苯甲酸雌二醇后及在第10天注射缩宫素后,在大鼠三阴交穴(双侧)予以艾柱施灸,每次灸3壮。关元组灸治方法与之相同。观察大鼠的扭体反应,并测定大鼠脊髓、中脑的κ受体的表达水平。结果:1与盐水组比较,寒凝类痛经组扭体潜伏期明显缩短,扭体次数、扭体评分明显增高(P<0.01)。与寒凝类痛经组比较,关元组扭体次数、扭体评分明显减少(P<0.01);与三阴交组比较,关元组扭体次数、扭体评分明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:1艾灸可明显减轻大鼠的类痛经反应,缓解子宫痉挛性收缩。2初步证实了艾灸不同穴位与镇痛效应差异具有相关性。Objective : To investigate the differences in analgesic effect and the probably central mechanism of the dysmenorrhe- al rat model with cold stagnation syndrome by moxibustion at CV4 and SP6, which by observing the writhing reaction and the Kreceptor expression in the spinal the midbrain. Methods:36 anestrous 3 - month - old female SD rats were divided into four groups according to the random number( n = 9 ), including saline group, cold stagnation of primary dysmenorrheal model group, moxibustion SP6 group and moxibustion CV4 group. Other groups except saline group preparation of cold stagnation of primary dysmenorrheal model through combining systemic freezing and injection estradiol benzoate. Do not implemented moxibustion to the saline group and the cold stagnation of primary dysmenorrheal model group. The moxibustion SP6 group was treated on the sixth day and the eighth day after injected estradiol benzoate, as well as on the tenth day after injected oxytocin. Both sides SP6 were implemented moxibustion,3 cones at each point every time. The moxibustion CV4 group was treated with the same method. Ob- serve the writhing reaction and the κreceptor expression in the spinal and midbrain of the rats. Results : ①The writhing latency de- creased significantly, the writhing times and the writhing score per minute obviously increased (P 〈 0. O1 ) of the cold stagnation of primary dysmenorrheal model group compared with the saline group. κCompared with the cold stagnation of primary dysmenorrhe- al model group,the moxibustion CV4 group's writhing times and the writhing score per minute decreased obviously(P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the moxibustion SP6 group, the moxibustion CV4 group's writhing times and the writhing score per minute de- creased obviously( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:①Moxibustion can significantly reduce dysmenorrheal response in rats and relieve spas- tic contraction of the uterus. ②Preliminary confirmed there are some correlations between moxibustion different po
