中医药治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗(IR)是指脂肪细胞、肌肉细胞和肝细胞对正常浓度的胰岛素产生反应不足的现象,亦即这些细胞需要更高的胰岛素浓度才能对胰岛素产生反应。现已明确,2型糖尿病的显著病理特征是IR,减轻和防治IR所致的代谢异常,是提高其疗效的重要措施。中医药在胰岛素抵抗的防治方面具有明显的优势,其疗效已得到广泛关注。现对近年来中医药防治2型糖尿病IR的研究进展综述如下,并对其存在的问题和今后的研究思路进行探讨。The insulin resistance （IR） refers to the insufficient response of fat cells, muscle cells and liver cells to the nor- mal concentration of insulin,i, e. , these cells require higher insulin concentration to respond. It is now clear that a remarkable pathological characteristic of type 2 diabetes is IR. Reduction and prevention of the abnormal metabolism caused by IR is an im- portant method to enhance its curative effect. Traditional Chinese Medicine has obvious advantage in preventing and controlling IR and its efficacy has been widely concerned. Recent progress in research of TCM for preventing IR of type 2 diabetes is summarized as follows and the nroblems and the future research direction are discussed.
