摘  要:以氯化镁(MgCl2·6H2O)/甘油为复配增塑剂,采用流延法制备了改性的羟乙基淀粉(HES)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜,并研究了氯化镁、甘油对HES/PVA复合膜结构与性能的影响。研究结果表明,Mg Cl2·6H2O/甘油可与HES/PVA基体发生相互作用,破坏了HES以及PVA分子链内和分子链间的氢键,从而破坏了HES/PVA的结晶结构,降低了HES/PVA的结晶度。因此,复配增塑剂的加入能够提高HES与PVA的相容性。同时Mg Cl2·6H2O/甘油在复合膜中能起到增塑作用,表现为拉伸强度、拉伸模量下降,断裂伸长率上升。Hydroxyethyl starch ( HES )/Poly ( vinyl alcohol ) ( PVA ) films modified with magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MgCl2 · 6H2O)/glycerol as complex modifier were prepared by casting method, and effects of magnesium chloride hexahydrate and glycerol on structure and properties of HES/PVA blend films were researched. The results showed that, the interaction hetween MgCl2 · 6H2O/glycerol could interact with HES/PVA matrix, which destroyed the hydrogen bonding of intramolecular and intermolecular between HES and PVA chains. As a result, the crystal structure of HES/PVA was destroyed and the crystallinity of lIES/ PVA was decreased. So, the compatibility between lIES and PVA improved with the addition of MgCl2 @ 6H2O. And MgCl2 @ 6H2 O/glycerol could act as plasticizer in the blend film, which decreased the tensile strength and tensile modulus and increased the elongation at break of the blend film.
