摘 要:通过控制反应结束时的搅拌轴功率,可得到具有不同重均摩尔质量的聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)聚合物。试验中测得了不同重均摩尔质量(Mw)的PBS的熔体质量流动速率(MFR)、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、维卡软化温度(VST)和力学性能,并建立了MFR和玻璃化转变温度、维卡软化温度、力学性能之间的联系,这有助于通过简单易测的MFR推算出PBS的其他性能,对PBS的性能预测和市场应用都能带来积极的指导意义。Polybutylene succinates (PBS) with different weight-average molar mass (Mw ) were polymerized by controlling the power consumed in stirring the reaction melt during the end of the reaction. The melt flow rate (MFR), glass-transition temperature ( Tg ), Vicat softening temperature (VST) and mechanical properties of PBS with different Mw were tested, and the relationships between MFR and Tg and VST and mechanical properties were established, which helped to get other properties of PBS from MFR simple and easy to test. It could also bring positive guidance to predicting the properties and market application of PBS.
