摘 要:研究了聚苯醚(PPE)/聚丙烯(PP)不同配比、相容剂种类、相容剂用量以及增韧剂用量对聚苯醚(PPE)/聚丙烯(PP)合金力学性能影响;并用扫描电子显微镜观察了共混体系的形态结构。结果表明,聚苯乙烯接枝低密度聚乙烯(LDPE-g-PS)可以有效地改善PPE/PP合金的相容性,且当相容剂质量分数为7%,增韧剂质量分数为8%,PPE/PP质量比为40/60时,该合金材料可获得好的综合性能,可与国外同类材料相媲美。The effects of different poly ( phenylene ether)/polypropylene (PPE/PP) ratio, compatibilizer types and contents, and toughening agent contents on the mechanical properties of PPE/PP alloy were studied, and the morphologicalstructure of the alloy was also observed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the compatibility of PPE/PPalloy were improved obviously by the addition of polystyrene grafted low density polyethylene (LDPE-g-PS). The alloy could get the highest comprehensive performance when adding 7% LDPE-g-PS, 8% SEBS and choosing PPE/PP mass ratio of 60/40, which was comparable to similar imported materials.
