摘 要:为降低发泡剂HFC-365/227的替代成本,以大豆油多元醇为原料,以HFC-365/227和水为发泡剂,制备了太阳能热水器用绿色环保聚氨酯组合料。考察了大豆油多元醇的用量对泡沫低温尺寸稳定性的影响,水与HFC-365/227共用对泡沫导热系数的影响。结果表明,1.5%的水配合15%的HFC-365/227制得的泡沫密度与25%的一氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-141b)体系相当,压缩强度和低温尺寸稳定性优于HCFC-141b体系,两者的导热系数也相近。添加不超过20%的大豆油多元醇HM-10300,制得的泡沫可以满足太阳能热水器行业的要求。To reduce the replacement cost of the foaming agent HFC-365/227, using soy oil-based polyol as raw material and HFC-365/227 and water as foaming agent, the environment-friendly rigid polyurethane foam for solar water heater was prepared. The effects of the soy oil-based polyol dosage on the foam dimensional stability at low temperature and water and HFC-365/227 sharing on foam thermal conductivity were investigated. The results showed that, the density and thermal conductivity of the foam prepared at a proportioning of 15% HFC-365/227 with 1.5% water were comparable to that of the foam prepared with 25% HCFC-141b, and the compressive strength and dimensional stability of the former were better than that of the latter. Additionally the polyurethane rigid foam prepared within the soy oil-based polyol content of 20% could be used in the solar water heater insulation.
