摘  要:铜基催化剂的制备过程中,在母液配制、沉淀滤饼洗涤等多段工艺中需要用到大量的去离子水。开发了一种以反渗透为核心处理方式的水处理系统处理甲醇合成催化剂生产废水,淡水达到回用标准后回用于生产线,浓缩后的硝酸钠水溶液经多效蒸发获得硝酸钠产品。制备每吨催化剂的用水量由传统工艺的300t,降低至20t以下。In production of copper-based catalysts, a number of porcesses including mother liquor preparation and precipitation filter cake washing required the use of a large amount of deionized water. A water treatment system with the reverse osmosis as the core treating mode was developed and used to treat the wastewater from the production of the methanol synthesis catalyst, by which the treated water could reach the level of reuse and return to the production line, and the sodium nitrate solution after concentration by the multiple effect evaporation could obtain sodium nitrate product. The use of the water treatment system could reduce the water consumption per ton catalyst from 300 tons for conventional process to below 20 tons.
