象虫污染蚕豆的FTIR研究

摘  要:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术,对象虫污染蚕豆和正常蚕豆进行了测试,对两者的红外光谱进行分析,发现两类蚕豆的红外光谱频率在羟基、氨基伸缩区相差7.714 cm-1,在蛋白质、脂肪酸和多糖的混合振动吸收区,吸收峰频率相差5.785 cm-1。对两类蚕豆的红外光谱部分谱峰相对强度的分析发现,两类蚕豆的光谱在蛋白质和糖类类相差较大;研究表明,应用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术,可以对象虫污染蚕豆进行科学快速的鉴别。The present study tests the weevil contaminated broad beans and healthy broad beans with FTIR and analyzes their IR spectrum respectively. It is found that the discrepancy of their IR spectral frequency is 7.714 cm-1 in hydroxyl and amino stretching region, and the diserepancy of absorption peak frequency is 5.785 cm-1 in protein, fatty acid and polysaccharide hy- brid vibration absorption region. Through analyzing the relative intensity of spectral peak of the two broad bean samples, the author found that there is obvious difference between their protein and carbohydrate spectrum. Therefore, the weevil contaminated broad beans can be identified accurately and quickly by applying FTIR.
