摘  要:以疏水性离子液体与介孔碳(CKM-3)复合材料修饰的电极直接电化学测定甲硝唑;研究发现,[OIMI][PF6]与CKM-3修饰的电极对甲硝唑的响应电流的大于[BIMI][PF6]与CKM-3修饰的电极,其线性范围为1.0×10-8~3.0×10-5mol L-1,检测下限为l×10-gmol L-1,具有较高的灵敏度和较强的实用性.We described a novel electrochemical sensor for metronidazole, which was the hybrid film of the hydrophobic ionic liquid (IL) and mesoporous carbon (CKM-3). 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BIMI][PF6]) and 1- Octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([OIMI][PF6]) were dispersed in CKM-3 suspension, respectively. Then, the hybrid suspensions were coated on a clean glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to obtain [BIMI][PF6] -CKM-3/GCE and [OIMI][PF6]-CKM-3/GCE, and the results indicated that the [OIMI][PF6] -CKM-3/GCE has bigger response current for metronidazole than that of [BIMI][PFs]-CKM-3/ GCE. Under the optimal conditions, the [OIMI][PF6]-CKM-3/GCE presented linear response to metronidazole in the range of 1.0×10-8 - 3.0 × 10-5mol L-1, and its detection limit was 1 × 10-9 mol L-1. This sensor was used to detect metronidazole in real samples with satisfactory results.
