经尿道前列腺电切术后冲洗液温度对膀胱痉挛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后冲洗液温度对膀胱痉挛的影响。方法:选取我院经尿道前列腺电切术患者100例,将其随机等分为试验组与对照组,两组均给予术后常规护理,试验组采用同患者肛温(近37℃)的膀胱冲洗液冲洗膀胱,对照组给予室温(25℃左右)膀胱冲洗液冲洗膀胱,比较两组患者膀胱痉挛发生和生命体征变化情况。结果:试验组患者膀胱痉挛发生低于对照组(P<0.05),日平均发生膀胱痉挛的次数少于对照组(P<0.05),持续天数短于对照组(P<0.05),收缩压、舒张压和心率变化值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道行前列腺电切的患者,术后护理中要重视膀胱冲洗液温度的选择,接近患者体温的膀胱冲洗液可以有效减少术后膀胱痉挛的发生,有助于患者尽快康复。Objective：To explore the effect of fluid temperature on bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods：Selected 100 patients with transurethral resection of the prostate in our hospital,they were divided into two groups randomly,the experimental group was given the postoperative routine nursing and given the same patient rectal temperature （ nearly 37 degrees） bladder washing liquor flush the bladder,while the control group received the same routine nursing after operation,while giving the room temperature （25 degrees） of bladder douche rinse bladder. Compared two groups＆#39; bladder spasm and changes of vital signs. Results：In the experimental group,the proportion of patients with bladder spasm was significantly lower than the control group,the average daily number of bladder spasm and duration were significantly lower than in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The experimental group pa-tients＆#39; systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure changes and the value of heart rate was significantly lower than the control group,P〈0. 05,the differ-ence had statistical significance. Conclusion：For urine road TURP patients,postoperative nursing should pay attention to the temperature of bladder irrigation fluid selection,it should close to the body temperature of patients in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative bladder spasm and occurrence effectively and help patients to recover as soon as possible.
