康复护理干预流程图在偏瘫患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨康复护理干预流程图对提高偏瘫患者肌力及日常生活活动能力的效果。方法：选取2013年8月～2014年4月我科收治的600例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,入院时进行肌力及日常生活活动能力评估,并随机等分为试验组和对照组。试验组患者应用康复护理干预流程图进行康复指导,对照组患者仅给予肢体活动的指导,分别在2,3,4周后再次对两组患者进行肌力及日常生活活动能力评估并比较。结果：两组患者肌力及日常生活活动能力均较治疗前有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗后试验组患者肌力及日常生活活动能力较对照组明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论：实施偏瘫患者康复护理干预流程图效果显著,可明显改善患者肌力及日常生活活动能力。Objective：To discuss the effect of the flow chart of rehabilitation nursing intervention to improve muscle strength and daily life activities ability of hemiplegia patients. Methods：Selected 600 patients with acute cerebral infarction,assessed muscle and daily life activities ability in hospital,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Used the flow chart of rehabilitation nursing intervention to intervene for the experimental group,only given physical activity guidance for the control group. Assessed muscle and daily life activities ability after 2,3,4 weeks,then compared the ther-apeutic effects. Results：The muscle strength and daily life activities ability improved after treatment compared with the scores before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The muscle strength and daily life activities ability of the experimental group after treatment obviously improved compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The effect of the flow chart of implementation of patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation nursing intervention is remarkable,and the flow chart can obviously improve the muscle strength and daily life activities ability.
