个性化护理及手术配合在人工种植牙患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨个性化护理及手术配合在人工种植牙中的应用。方法：随机选取2012年3月～2013年6月我院接诊的牙齿缺失的70例患者作为研究对象，按照数字法随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予传统的手术配合及常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予个性化护理，比较两组患者人工种植牙的成功及满意度情况。结果：观察组的成功和满意度均优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用正确良好的个性化护理及手术配合，可以提高人工种植牙的成功率及患者的满意度。Objective：Personalized care and operation of artificial dental implant with the importance of work. Methods：70 patients were randomly selected from March 2012-June 2013 with the missing teeth as the research object,according to figures were divided into observation group and control group at ran-dom. The control group was given traditional operation therapy and routine nursing care. The observation group was given individualized nursing and opera-tion cooperation,compared two groups of patients with dental implant success rate. Results：The success rate and satisfaction in observation group were all better than the control group,significant differences between groups, with statistical significance （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The individuation nursing care and correct operation good cooperation,can improve the success rate of dental implant and patient satisfaction.
