摘　　要：目的:对膝关节镜前交叉韧带重建术患者把握最佳康复时机,进行及时、正确的康复锻炼,避免给患者的生活带来巨大的损失及留下终身残疾。方法:对18例膝关节镜前交叉韧带重建术患者进行健康教育,激发患者期望心理,使其充分认识康复锻炼的目的、意义,使其主动、认真地接受治疗安排;评估患者疼痛程度,有效缓解其疼痛,帮患者树立康复信心;建立良好的医患关系,介绍手术准备,手术过程,康复目标、原则、方法,制定康复锻炼计划时尽可能安排短疗程,提高患者依从性。结果:18例膝关节镜前交叉韧带重建术患者实施健康教育后患者认识到康复的重要性,主动参与康复治疗,使康复锻炼措施落实到位。患者均自己主动进行康复锻炼训练运动,无1例发生肌肉萎缩,关节僵硬,无发生下肢深静脉血栓的病例。结论:为患者把握最佳康复时机,及时、正确进行康复锻炼,可促进患者康复,减少并发症。Objective：To grasp the best recovery time in patients with kneearthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,rehabilitation exercise time-ly,correct,avoid to the patient′s life and bring great loss and permanent disability. Method：The health education based on 18 cases of arthroscopicanterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with patients,stimulate the psychological expectations,to fully understanding the significance of rehabilitation patients,so that patients received treatment actively,carefullyarranged;evaluation of patients with pain,relieve pain,help patients to establish the rehabilitation confi-dence. To establish a good relationship between doctors and patients,the operation to prepare,operation process,rehabilitation goals,principles and methods, making the rehabilitation exercise program as far as possible,shortcourse of treatment,improve patient compliance. Result：Patients recognize in 18 cases of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction after the implementation of health education in patients recognize the importance of the active participa-tion of rehabilitation,rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation measures put in place. The patient′s own initiative rehabilitation exercise training was 18 cases （100%）,no 1 cases of muscle atrophy,joint stiffness,no deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Conclusion：For patients to grasp the best rehabilitation timing,timely,correct rehabilitation exercise,promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce complications.
