国际化视野下涉外护理人才培养模式改革的价值取向及策略探索

摘　　要：以国际一体化护理教育理念为切入点,分析当前国际型护理人才培养的现状及面临的发展态势。结合广西中医药大学护理本科专业特点,发挥中医特色,促进中医护理文化的有效传承。理清现存问题和困难,将课程外语教学与跨文化教育有机对接,积极进行教学改革,探索多样化、有效的教学形式,形成适合国内外卫生市场需求,体现生物-心理-社会医学模式的国际型涉外护理人才培养模式。With the key point of international integration of nursing education concepts,this paper analyzed the current situation and development trend of international nursing talents cultivation. Combining with the characteristics of undergraduate nursing specialty of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,we aim to give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medi- cine（TCM）so as to promote the inheritances of TCM nursing culture. The existing problems and difficulties should be resolved. Foreign language teaching and cross--cultural education should be connected. In addition, we should actively carry on teaching reform, explore various and effective teaching methods in order to meet the requirements for both domestic and international market, which could manifest biological--phsicological--social medicine talent training mode concerning foreign affairs.
