摘　　要：本文从伦理学与经济学视角,结合职业人才信用管理教育过程中存在问题及成因,阐述了职业人才信用管理教育的二重性及其在职业人才培养过程中的运行机理。认为信用管理教育伦理属性可培养职业人才的诚信素质,信用管理教育经济属性可提升职业人才的技能水平。信用管理教育的二重性可促进职业人才就业竞争力。信用管理教育对职业人才培养具有重要作用。In this paper, from the perspective of ethics and economics, combined with professional credit management education problems and causes,elaborated the credit management professional talents education of duality and the running mechanism in the process of professional personnel training. It argues that ethical attributes can train professional talents quality, and econom- ic attributes can enhance professional talents skills. As a conclusion,it considers credit management education can improve pro- fessional talent employment competitiveness,and plays an important role.
