英国“探索你的档案”活动对我国高校档案工作的启示

摘　　要：我国高校档案部门拥有大量丰富的档案信息资源,如何有效的利用和发挥这些档案资源,这是摆在高校档案工作者眼前的一个重大课题。英国"探索你的档案"活动富有特色,并取得巨大的反响和成功,对我国高校档案工作有诸多启示。我国高校档案工作应积极调整观念,树立公共文化服务意识;整合资源,积极探索高校档案部门协同合作;注重媒体,积极探索新时期档案信息化的途径;以人为本,以档案用户需求为导向开展服务工作;注重成效,建立并完善信息反馈制度。The archives departments of the university in China have lots of archives information,it＇s a big problem for the archive workers to use and express the value of the archives efficiently . england campaign＂Explore your archive＂is characteristic and successfully. It has enlightenment for the archives work of university in China. We should change ideas, foster a sense of public cultural services;integrate the resources and cooperation between the archives departments of the university; pay attention to the media, explore new ways during the archival information ;people oriented, user demand oriented to carry out the service work; focus on results, establish and consummate information feedback mechanism.
