摘　　要：近年来,我国地方政府债务规模急速膨胀,债务风险凸显。庞大的地方政府债务为本级财政的正常运转投下巨大隐患。不积极防范和及时化解,将对国家的可持续发展造成严重威胁。研究地方政府债务的特点以及形成的深层次原因,寻求有效的解决对策,具有现实意义。In recent years, the debt scale of local government expands rapidly, the debt risk appears. The normal operation of the level of financial investment have huge risks under the the huge local government debt. If we do not actively prevent and resolve, it will pose a serious threat to the sustainable development of the country. It has practical significance that the characteristics of local government debt and the formation of deep-seated reasons, to seek effective solutions.
