2种稚海龟胃的组织形态及超微结构观察

摘　　要：对2种稚海龟的胃进行形态学观察显示:胃均呈J型,由贲门、胃体和幽门组成;胃体囊状,幽门管状;绿海龟稚龟胃体、幽门均较玳瑁稚龟的长;2种稚龟胃皱褶形态及分布不同。胃壁均由粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌层和桨膜组成,它们占2种稚龟胃壁的比例亦存在差异。粘膜上皮均为单层柱状上皮,无杯状细胞和微绒毛。绿海龟稚龟胃上皮细胞呈正六边形,其粘原颗粒呈扁椭圆形;玳瑁稚龟胃上皮细胞则呈不规则指突状,是绿海龟稚龟的2.3倍,其粘原颗粒呈球形且较绿海龟稚龟胃的大0.6倍。胃腺均呈直管状,可分为贲门腺、胃体腺和幽门腺,腺组成腺细胞皆无主细胞和壁细胞之分。绿海龟稚龟胃的粘膜下层、肌层及浆膜层均较玳瑁稚龟的发达。2种稚海龟胃的组织形态及结构的差异应与其食性高度相关。Tow kinds of sea turtle hatchlings stomachs were analyzed in anatomy, histology, and uhrastructure. Their stomachs are J-shaped, composed of cardia, gastric body and pylorus. The gastric body and pylorus of the green turtle hatchling are longer than those of the hawksbill hatchling. And their gastric folds present obviously different in morphology and distribution. The gastric walls of these two species consist of mucosa, submucosa, muscularis externa and serosa that account for different proportion in different gastric section. The mucosal cells of the green turtle stomach are hexagonal, in which the mucous granules are flat and oval, whereas those of the hawksbill hatchling stomach are irregular finger-like, over 2. 3 times of the green turtle hatchling＇s, and its global mucous granules are 0. 6 times larger than those of the green turtle hatchling. The gastric glands of these two species are single tubular, composed of cardiac glands, gastric glands and pyloric glands, and their gastric gland cells cannot be divided into chief cells and parietal cells. The gastric submucosa, muscularis externa and serosa of the green turtle hatchling are relatively more developed than those of the hawksbill hatchling. The different gastric characteristics of those two species may be closely associated with their diet.
