青刺胶囊抗肿瘤作用及调节免疫功能的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究青刺胶囊对荷S180瘤细胞小鼠的体内抗肿瘤活性和对体液免疫功能的影响。方法:采用S180瘤细胞悬液接种小鼠皮下造实体肉瘤为模型,分别以环磷酰胺片组为阳性对照组、模型组为阴性对照组,青刺胶囊以高、中、低3种剂量为受试药物组,每组ig给药,1次/日,连续给药10天。结果:青刺胶囊显著抑制S180荷瘤小鼠瘤体积的增长速度,使荷瘤小鼠的一般生活状况明显提高,抑瘤率可达到65.2%,瘤重与模型对照组比较P<0.01;提高荷瘤鼠血清中溶血素水平(P<0.05);提高二硝基氯苯所致的迟发超敏反应强度(P<0.05)。结论:通过实验证明,青刺胶囊具有明显的体内抗肿瘤活性,能显著提高荷瘤鼠机体的体液免疫功能,为青刺胶囊的临床应用提供实验依据。Objective： The main objective is to study on antitumor activity of Qinglongyi capsules, and its influence to immunomodulatory of tumor-bearing mice. Method： $180 tumor cells were inoculated subcutaneously in mice sarcoma model. Cyclophosphamide piece group was used as positive control group while model group as negative control group. Three different dosages（high, medium and low） of Qinglongyi capsules were applied to tested the groups. Result： the Qinglongyi capsules had remarkable affects at suppressing tumor, its inhibition rate on the tumors was over 65.2% （p〈0. 01） to tumor-bearing nude mice, and increased hemolysin level in serum （p〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The experiment proved that Qinglongyi Capsules have remarkable antitumor activity, and significantly improved Immune function of organism.
