录像教材二次开发和利用的对策研究

摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的不断发展,我国开放大学资源库中的录像教材已经面临者销毁和报废的尴尬境地.从录像教材二次开发与利用的内涵、必要性进行深入分析,在此基础上探讨了录像教材资源二次开发与利用不但具有很大的社会效益和经济效益,而且二次开发制成的数字化产品,既可以作为教学应用,又可以支持网络化学习资源的开发,进而促进录像教材资源的最大化利用.With the continuous development of modern information technology, the video materials in the repository of the Open University of China has already been facing an embarrassing situation-destruction and scrap. Researchers analyze the necessity from secondary development and utilization of the video materials, and find that the need for the secondary development and utilization of resources not only has great social and economic benefits, but also make digital products of the secondary development, such as teaching application, which can support the development of a network of learning resources, thus contributing to maximize the use of video teaching resources.
