摘　　要：通过分析新疆边境贸易发展现状及特点,指出了新疆边境贸易发展中存在的问题,如出口商品技术含量低、边境贸易服务体系薄弱、小边贸企业生存艰难、周边贸易对象国政治经济风险高等,并提出了提高边贸企业技术创新能力、建立统一的管理体制和服务平台、加强边境贸易服务体系建设、加强对小边贸企业出口扶持、降低俄白哈关税同盟不利影响等对策。Through analyzing the development situation and characteristics of Sinkiang’s border trade, the existing problems in Sinkiang’s border trade have been pointed out, such as the technology of export products is low, the service system for the border trade is weak, etc. And the countermeasures for the development of Sinkiang’s border trade have been brought forward, such as improving the technology innovation ability of the enterprises, establishing common management system and service platform, strengthening the construction of the service system for the border trade, providing support to the export of small border trade enterprises, and reducing the negative influence of“the Russia, Belarus, Kazakh customs union”, etc.
