摘  要:以不同掺兑比将催化油浆馏后残油与70#道路沥青调和制备低针入度硬质道路沥青,研究了催化油浆馏后残油掺兑比对调和沥青性能的影响。结果表明:随着掺兑比的提高,调和沥青的软化点升高,针入度和延度降低,动力黏度增大,黏温性能有所改善;当催化油浆馏后残油掺兑比为3%、6%和9%时,能调和出满足50#B级指标要求的道路沥青。Low penetration hard paving asphalt was prepared by blending of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)slurry oil distillation residue and 70^# paving asphalt with different mixing ratios.The effect of mixing ratio of FCC slurry oil distillation residue on performance of blended asphalt was studied.Results showed that FCC slurry oil distillation residue could blend with 70^# paving asphalt.With the increasing of mixing ratio,the softening point of blended asphalt increased,the penetration and ductility of blended asphalt decreased,the dynamic viscosity of blended asphalt increased,and the viscosity-temperature properties of blended asphalt was improved.When the mixing ratio of FCC slurry oil distillation residue was 3%,6%,9%,the paving asphalt that met the requirement of 50^# B index could be blended.
