摘  要:对金银花提高小鼠心肌细胞耐缺氧能力的活性部位进行了HPLC指纹图谱研究。采用Shimadzu Shimpack PREP ODS(H)C18色谱柱(250mm×4.60mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5‰三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为330nm,柱温为30℃。建立了金银花耐缺氧活性部位的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,标定了8个共有峰,并通过与对照品对照指认了其中5个共有峰,10批药材的相似度均大于0.98。该方法准确快捷,可作为金银花耐缺氧活性部位入药质量评价的重要依据之一。HPLC Fingerprint of the active fraction fromFlosLoniceraewhich was found to improve the hypoxia tolerance in mice cardiomyocytes was studied.The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on a Shimadzu Shim-pack PREP ODS(H)C18(250mm×4.60 mm,5μm)with the column temperature of 30 ℃ by gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.5‰ trifluoroacetic acid solution as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 330 nm.The standard HPLC fingerprint of hypoxia tolerance active fraction fromFlos Lonicerae was established.Eight common peaks were found,in which five common peaks were identified by comparison with reference substances.Good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.98 were found between 10 batches of samples.The newly established method is fast and accurate,which is suitable for the quality control of hypoxia tolerance active fraction fromFlos Lonicerae.
