摘　　要：能耗监测是我国既有建筑节能监管体系建设的重要工作内容之一,目前,全国重点省市不同程度开展了能耗监测示范工作,并基本建立了能耗监测平台。结合实际案例,通过对能耗监测数据的研究和分析,给出在日常管理、优化运行和节能改造中的应用,指出能耗监测系统作为公共建筑节能管理的有效工具,能为节能运行、节能改造提供详实的数据基础。Energy consumption monitoring is an important part of existing building energy efficiency regulatory system, some provinces and cities have carried out energy consumption monitoring, and established the energy consumption monitoring platform. Combined with the actual cases, based on the research and analysis of the energy consumption monitoring data, energy consumption monitoring system as an effective tool of public building energy efficiency management has been proved, which can provide detailed data for public building efficiency operation and energy efficiency renovations.
