摘　　要：科学的支付定价机制,对改善支付交易公平竞争环境,加速社会资金流动速度,减少资金流动性风险有重要的意义。如何更好地发挥人民银行支付系统的基础作用,本文认为合适的价格体系是关键。通过数学建模,本文构建了一个动态价格的支付体系,得出了动态价格能更好适应经济发展的结论。Scientific payment pricing mechanism is of important significance to improving the fair competition environment of the payment transaction, accelerating the speed of the flow of the social funds and reducing the liquidity risk of the funds. How to give full play to the foundation functions of the payment system of the People＇ s Bank of China, the paper thinks that the appropriate price sys- tem is the key. Through the mathematical modeling, the paper builds a payment system with dynamic prices, and reaches the conclu- sion that the dynamic price can better adapt to the economic development.
