新型城镇化发展与金融支持问题研究——以甘肃省酒泉市为例

摘　　要：新型城镇化建设不仅是实现城乡统筹发展的必由之路,也是扩大国内需求、推动经济增长的现实选择,更是我国未来经济社会发展的重要引擎。如何适应新时期城镇化发展的要求,建立完善的与之相适应的金融支持体系,实现金融资源与新型城镇化建设的有效对接,是摆在我们面前的现实课题。本文以酒泉市为例,在阐述城镇化发展现状的基础上,通过对酒泉市城镇化发展与金融支持关联效应的实证分析,剖析金融支持新型城镇发展中存在的问题及制约因素。并结合新时期城镇化发展的要求,提出金融支持城镇化发展的政策建议,以期对现实决策提供有益的参考。The new-type urbanization construction is not only the integrant way to realize the concerted urban and rural develop- ment, but also the realistic choice to expand domestic demand and boost the economic growth, and even the important engine of Chi- na＇ s economic and social development in the future. How to adapt to the demands of the development of the new-type urbanization in the new period, establish perfect corresponding financial support system and achieve the effective connection between the financial re- sources and the construction of the new-type urbanization is a realistic subject that we are facing. Setting Jiuquan city as an example, based on expounding the current situation of urbanization development, through the empirical analysis on the correlation effect of the urbanization development of Jiuquan city and the financial support, the paper analyzes the problems and restricting factors existing in the financial support for the development of the new-type urbanization. Combined with the demands of the urbanization development in the new period, the paper puts forward policy suggestions on the financial support for the urbanization development in order to pro- vide the beneficial reference to the realistic decision-making.
