摘　　要：我国自2006年开展中央国库现金管理以来,取得了一定的成效和经验。随着国库现金管理成熟的理论研究,丰富的实践经验,新财税法规的不断完善以及地方政府对国库现金管理认识的不断提高,推进地方国库现金管理的共识已经形成,时机已经成熟。地方政府及相关部门需要深化改革、理顺机制、加强培训、完善技术支撑,为加快推进地方国库现金管理提供基础、体制、人才和技术保障。Since the cash management of the central state treasury was implemented in China in 2006, certain achievements and experience have been achieved. With the mature theoretical research on the cash management of the state treasury, rich practical expe- riences, the continuous improvement of the new laws and regulations on tax and the good knowledge of the local governments to the cash management of the state treasury, the consensus on promoting the cash management of the local state treasury has been formed and the times are appropriate. The local governments and related departments need to deepen the reform, rationalize the mechanism, strengthen the training and improve the technical support to provide the guarantee from such aspects as the basis, system, personnel and technical support for accelerating the cash management of the local state treasury.
