新生代型职业农民“3＋1”培育模式的探索与实践——以西安职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在我国传统农业向现代农业发展的过程中，农业生产专业化程度不断提高，“职业农民”这一新型职业群体呼之欲出．大力培育新型职业农民是新形势下加快现代农业发展的重大战略部署，在介绍新生代型职业农民培育工作特点与意义的基础上，以西安职业技术学院为例，积极探索新生代型职业农民“3＋1”的培育模式，以促进区域经济的发展．In the process of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture development in our country, agricultural production specialization degree enhances unceasingly. The new type of professional group ＂occupational farmer＂ is ready to come. Cultivating new occupational farmers is an important strategy to speed up the modern agricultural development under the new situation. This article introduces that on the basis of the characteristics and significance of cultivating the new generation occupational farmers, taking Xian Vocational and Technical College for example, actively exploring the ＂3 ＋ 1＂ cultivation mode of the new generation occupational farmers to promote regional eco- nomic development.
