摘 要:安全膜技术被广泛应用于金属化膜电容器上,为金属化膜电容器提供保护,可在一定程度上防止自愈失败现象的发生。对应用于交流或脉冲放电领域的金属化膜电容器,由于蒸镀的金属电极很薄,电极电阻较大,发热是其在工作中不可忽视的一个问题。目前,得到广泛应用的安全膜大体可分为T型和网格型。针对上述两种安全膜结构,对其ESR(等效串联电阻)进行计算,并将其与普通金属化膜进行对比,可为采用安全膜结构的电容器运行特性分析提供一定的参考。The safe film technology is widely used in metalized film capacitor to provide protection for the metalized film capacitor and, to a certain extent, prevent occurrence of self-healing failure. For metalized film capacitor used in the field of AC or pulse discharge, the thermal effect can not be ignored because of the extremely thin metal electrode and large electrode resistance. At present, the safe film in wide application is roughly classified into such two types as T pattern and grid pattern. As for above two kinds of metalized film structure, their ESR (equivalent series resistance) is calculated and they are compared with general metalized film, which provides a definite reference for the operation feature analysis of capacitor adopting safe film structure.
