摘  要:采用苏打-铁屑法单独处理基夫赛特炉铅冰铜,介绍了试验原理及过程,以粗铅直收率为考察指标在试验基础上探讨反应温度、铅冰铜与铁屑质量比、反应时间、搅拌次数、苏打与铅冰铜质量比对粗铅直收率的影响。试验结果表明:在温度为1 100℃、铅冰铜与铁屑质量比为6、反应时间120 min、搅拌次数为3次、苏打与铅冰铜质量比为6%条件下,粗铅直收率为90.53%,Cu、Zn在冰铜中富集含量分别提高6%左右和4%左右。有效实现金属铅与铅冰铜的分离及冰铜层中Cu、Zn等有价金属的富集。It uses the method of soda- iron fillings Kivcet furnace to process lead-matte individual, and introduces the principle and process of the experiment. Based on the experiment process with the direct recovery of lead bullion as index,it investigates the influence of the reaction temperature, the mass ratio of iron fillings and lead-matte, the reaction time, stirring times, the mass ratio of soda and lead-matte. The experimental results show that under the condition of temperature at 1 100 ℃ ,the mass ratio of iron fillings and lead-matte is 6, the reaction time is 120 min, stirring times is 3 ,the mass ratio of soda and lead-matte is 6% ,the direct recovery of lead bullion is 90. 53% and Cu,Zn enriched in matte content increased about 6% and about 4% respectively. Effective separation of the metallic lead and lead-matte is realized, and Cu,Zn and other valuable metals are enriched in matte layer.
