摘 要:铅冶炼企业在处理较复杂成分原料时,每年会产出一定规模的铅锑合金,当前并没有成熟的处理工艺。广西冶金研究院提出将铅锑合金电解直接生产精锑的工艺路线,完成了工业规模的生产试验。铅锑合金通过电解提锑可得到致密、平整的阴极锑,阴极电流效率99.74%,直流电耗266.21 k Wh/t电锑,锑的直收率为43.82%,回收率为98.76%,可实现较好的经济效益。Lead smelting enterprises in dealing with complicated composition materials, annual output of a certain size of lead antimony alloy, and the current has no mature process. Guangxi metallurgical research institute proposed lead antimony alloy electrolytic direct production of pure antimony processing route, completed the industrial scale production test. Lead antimony alloy by electrolysis of antimony antimony can obtain dense, flat cathode, and cathode current efficiency is 99.74% , the dc power consumption 266.21 degrees/ton electric antimony and antimony direct recovery of 43.82% ,recovery rate is 98.76% ,which can realize good economic benefits.
