摘　　要：分析了对铅渣铅锑比影响的主要因素,并通过优化熔料配比、工艺参数及操作方法,改进后粗锑中每公斤铅消耗除铅剂只有4.89 kg,铅渣铅锑比达0.53∶1,效果明显。It analyzes the main factors of influence on the ratio of Pb and Sb in Pb slag, and by optimizing the ratio of molten material, process parameter and operation method, the consumption of lead removal agent is only 4. 89 kg per kilogram lead in the improved crude antimony, the ratio of Pb and Sb is 0. 53：1 and the effect is obvious.
