摘 要:为适应强流回旋加速器综合实验装置强流束调束需求,开展了对射频系统中功率源的末级谐振放大器的研制。功率源末级谐振放大器采用阴极驱动模式的三级真空电子管作为核心放大器件,充分地考虑了输入阻抗、输出调谐和输出耦合的调节需求,通过射频电路仿真和三维电磁场仿真等手段实现了对末级谐振放大器各参数的仿真。网络分析仪对末级谐振放大器的各项参数的测量表明:制造结果与设计参数高度一致;示波器对末级谐振放大器进行实验测试表明:8h假负载考验中功率稳定度好于1%,输出效率达70%,可为强流回旋加速器综合实验装置强流束调试提供射频功率的技术支持。For accelerating the high intensity beam,the RF power level of the RF power system must be devel- oped. , and the final- stage resonant amplifier had been studied. Around the 3CW20000A7 triode, the reso- nant structures which can choose the operation frequency and the impedance matching networks and can be tuned for the input and output parameters had been designed. The whole process of designing and manufacturing were deseripted in this article. The results of the measurements for the final - stage resonant amplifier by the network analyzer indicated that the parameters of the amplifier that had been manufactured were very consistent with the design parameters. And the records of the oscilloscope indicated that the power stability was better than 1%, and the output power efficiency was lager than 70% in the 8h testing on the dummy load. All of the stud- ies can afford the critical affection for the tuning of the high intensity beam in CIAE.
