摘 要:XBPM探测器是同步辐射装置中测量X光位置的关键设备,主要用于测量光源点产生的X光的位置和光斑形状等。本文着重阐述了用于上海光源光束线前端区的刀片式X光位置探测器的构成及其分析,荧光靶探测器的结构,以及如何使用两种探测器在Canted光束线上进行初次调光;同时,就这两种探测器的当前现状和今后的发展做了简要的说明,并给出了上海光源一期光束线前端区XBPM探测器升级改造的初步结果。The XBPM (X ray Beam Position Monitor) detector is the key device of the beam]ine for measuring x ray beam position or observing x ray spot shape. Each synchrotron light source must manufacture and own itself XBPM detector. In order to measure x ray beam position accurately and display it for users, and to give a feed- back signal for stabilizing output x ray beam. The blade XBPM detector (BBPM) and Fluorescence screen de- tector (FS) were usually adopted at front end of the beamline. The FS is very useful to adjust light path roughly during commissioning and the BBPM signal can lead to adjustment finely. The structure and the constituent a- nalysis of the BBPM and the FS were introduced at first, and main talk was about how to use these two types of XBPM to adjust x ray beam path in the first debugging for the Canted beamline commissioning. Meanwhile, the currently status and future development about these two types of XBPM were mentioned, and a brief description of the upgrading outcome about the BBPM used in the front end of the beamline of SSRF were given. Now the white x - ray measurement resolution of the XBPM detector was 1 micron in vertical direction and 2 microns in horizontal direction at SSRF.
