摘 要:介绍了一种高计数率单道脉冲幅度分析器。在逻辑电路设计中,信号的传递方式采用边缘触发方式,并且在逻辑器件选择中选用高速逻辑器件,有效降低系统的死时间。同时仅仅通过逻辑电路改进实现下甄别电路信号控制上甄别电路输出信号,消除了上甄别器输出信号拉宽的需求,在保证造价和性能的前提下进一步降低了系统的死时间,提高了单道的计数率。实验结果表明,系统稳定工作条件下最高输入信号频率可达7.1 MHz。This paper introduces a single channel pulse height analyzer for high count - rate. In the logic circuit design of the system, the signal transfer mode uses the trigger of signal edge, and the high speed logic devices was used in the system. These reduce the dead - time effectively. Meanwhile, we only improve the logic circuit and achieve the function that lower discriminator circle signal controls higher discriminator output signal. By this way, the requirement of widening higher discriminator output signal can be eliminated. So, in guarantee within the premise of cost and performance, the dead - time of the system will be reduced further and the count- ing rate of the single - channel analyzer will be improved. By experimental verification, the system can work stable when the frequency of input signal up to 7.1 MHz.
