摘 要:伴随着膜用反渗透阻垢药剂的广泛使用,阻垢剂的阻垢性能成为评判阻垢剂优劣的重要依据。以天津某再生水厂反渗透原水水质作为配水依据,采用静态分析法及兼容性试验等进行研究,对某进口阻垢剂A和某国产阻垢剂B进行综合性能分析,并采用给水一次通过法的动态试验进行验证。通过两者结果的比较及动态验证从多方面证明了静态综合法评判药剂的准确性和未来的普适性,以期为未来生产运行提供参考。With the widespread use of RO inhibitor, its inhibition performance was the significant basis for the evaluation to its advantages and disadvantages. Taking RO raw water in a reclaimed water plant in Tianjin as the distribution basis, the comprehensive performance of an imported inhibitor A and a domestic inhibitor B was analyzed by static analysis method and compatibility test. The dynamic test of feedwater once through method was conducted in order to verification. According to comparison of the both results and dynamic verification, the accuracy and popularity of chemical evaluation were improved by static comprehensive method in many aspects, and it could provide reference for production operation in future.
