摘　　要：基于CES生产函数建立了宏观经济中的资产发展模型,并且得到国民生产总值、投资积累率、劳动力和进出口函数之间的关系方程.还研究了方程解的唯一性,得到解的表达式.In this paper,this assets development model in the macroeconomic is established based on CD pro-duction function. Get function equation of gross national product （GNP）,the investment accumulation rate,the la-bor and the relationship between the import and export. The paper also studied the equations for the uniqueness of solutions and expression of the solution.
