摘　　要：目的:调查西安市雁塔区老年人群中心型肥胖和牙周炎状况,探讨中心型肥胖与牙周炎的相关性。方法:在2012年对西安市雁塔区的老年人群进行一般调查、牙周检查和问卷调查,364人被纳入分析。分析牙周炎严重程度与研究对象人口学特征和中心型肥胖的相关性;以Logistic回归分析中重度牙周炎的相关危险因素。结果:中心型肥胖人群患牙周炎的概率显著上升;以WHtR为标准划分的中心型肥胖为老年人群中重度牙周炎的危险因素。结论:西安市雁塔区的老年人群中,牙周炎的发生与中心型肥胖具有一定的相关性。Objective： To investigate and evaluate the association between measures of central adiposity and periodontitis among the aged population in Yanta community of Xi＇an. Methods： General information investigation, periodontal examination and questionnaires were carried out among the older population of Yanta community of Xi＇an in 2012. 364 participants were recruited in the study. Association between general characteristics, central adiposity and the classifications of periodontitis were analyzed. Polytomous logistic regressions were adopt to evaluate risk factors of moderate and severe periodontitis. Results： The ratio of periodontitis increased significantly in the central adiposity population. High WHtR was an important risk factor of moderate and severe periodontitis. Conclusion： Central adiposity was shown to be related to periodontitis in the aged population in Yanta community of Xi＇ an.
