摘  要:目的 :通过对口咽部肿瘤患者进行饮食受限状况的调查,了解患者饮食受限的影响因素。方法 :对136名口咽部肿瘤患者进行肿瘤部位、TNM分期、治疗类型以及并发症等相关资料的问卷调查。采用Logistic回归分析患者饮食受限的影响因素。结果 :Logistic回归分析结果显示,口咽部肿瘤的位置、大小、治疗方式以及进食时是否疼痛是患者饮食受限的影响因素。结论 :应针对口咽部肿瘤患者饮食受限的多种危险因素制定有效的干预措施。Objective:To investigate the current status of dietary restriction among oropharyngeal cancer patients and to evaluate its inlfuencing factors. Methods:Totally 136 patients were recruited and investigated by the related questions, such as tumor location, TNM stage, type of treatment, and complications. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the inlfuencing factors of diatary restriction. Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the tumor volume was closely related to dietary restriction (OR=1.67, P=0.02). Meanwhile, surgical operation (OR=4.41) and radiation therapy (OR=2.33) were also associated with the dietary restriction among oropharyngeal cancer patients. Furthermore, the pain when eating food were also an inlfuencing factor (OR=2.02). Conclusion:We should take effective measures to take care of the patients according to the inlfuencing facotors of dietary restriction.
