黑河中游地区农业用水效率研究——以张掖市为例

摘　　要：本文从投入产出角度出发,对黑河中游的张掖市近12年的全要素农业用水效率进行评价,并分析了张掖市农业全要素生产率的变化根源,文章对黑河流域乃至西北地区依靠技术进步实现农业发展,优化产业结构,实现水资源的最优配置和经济社会可持续发展具有一定参考意义。Zhangye＇s agricultural water use efficiency is evaluated during 2000-2011 from the input-output point of view, and Zhangye＇s agricultural TFP changing roots with Malmquist index is analyzed. This paper has some valuable reference for the Heihe River and Northwest region in achieving agricultural development by technological progress, optimizing the industrial structure, and achieving the optimal allocation of water resources and economic and social sustainable development.
