摘　　要：基于全国六城市1 465名农民工的问卷调查资料,对青年农民工社区融入过程中的社会支持现状与面临问题进行了调查分析,将融入区分为三个维度:职业与经济支持、社区相关活动参与与组织支持、居民群体的支持和排斥降低。调查发现青年农民工职业与经济收入难以有效保证其生活与发展,社区活动中组织支持缺失,与城市居民之间存在相当的社会隔离与排斥。推进青年农民工真正融入城市,需要超越经济与职业层面的支持,推动社区作为农民工融入的公共平台。Based on 1465 data of new-generation migrant workers in six cities, the article analyzes conditions and problems of social support and their social integration in community. Research focuses on three dimensions： social support from career and economy, community participation and social exclusion from urban people. It is found that the income of newgeneration migrant workers was not enough to support their living and development, support of social community is deficient, and they are excluded by urban people. In the future, promoting urban integration of migrant workers needs support of economy and career level, and establishes the common platform for integration of migrant workers.
