摘  要:目的:探索甘肃兴隆山桃儿七内生真菌的多样性和丰度,为鬼臼毒素的获取方式提供新途径,保护濒危药用植物桃儿七资源。方法:采用组织块培养法从一株桃儿七地下茎中分离纯化内生真菌,利用分子鉴定和常规的形态学方法对重复出现的4株内生真菌进行分类鉴定。结果:本研究采用组织块内生菌分离方法分离纯化了20株内生真菌,鉴定的4株菌分别是赭曲霉Aspergillus ochraceus,Eucasphaeria capensis,布氏白僵菌Beauvetia brongniaritii和镰孢菌Fusarium sp.。结论:内生真菌的多样性和丰度与桃儿七的生境有关,甘肃兴隆山桃儿七内生真菌优势属为Aspergillus,Eucasphaeria,Beauvetia和Fusarium。Objective: This study investigated the diversity and abundance of endophytic fungi of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum in Xinglong Mountain, Gansu Province, in order to provide a new way for obtaining podophyllotoxin from endophytic fungi, and protect endangered medicinal plants. Methods: The S. hexandrum endophytic fungi were isolated by tissue culture method, and identified with molecular and morphological data. Results: Twenty endophytic fungi were obtained from S. hexandrum underground stems, and four recurring endophytic fungi were identified as Aspergillus ochraceus, Eucasphaeria capensis, Beauvetia brongniaritii and Fusarium sp. Conclusion: Endophytic fungi diversity and abundance were related with host plants and environments, and the dominant endophytic genera in S. hexandrum in Xinglong Mountain are Aspergillus. Eucasphaeria. Beauvetia and Fusarium.
