摘　　要：目的探讨骨关节创伤时软组织改变的X线诊断价值。方法回顾性分析104例骨关节创伤时软组织改变患者的临床资料,分析X线在骨关节创伤软组织改变中的价值。结果首次X线检查骨关节创伤软组织改变患者占69.23%,复查为微小骨折患者占30.77%。经复查显示,肘关节骨折损伤患者中9例表现为微小骨折,踝关节损伤患者中7例伴有微小骨折,腕关节损伤患者中5例为撕脱骨折,膝关节损伤患者中3例为骨折。结论对骨关节创伤软组织改变患者采用X线诊断,可有效观察骨关节X线特征,并根据X线表现和关节受损情况,为临床诊断和预后判断提供重要的依据,临床值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of X-ray for soft tissue changes in bone and joint trauma. Methods Clinical data of 104 patients with soft tissue changes in bone and joint trauma were retrospectively analyzed, and value of X-ray in tissue changes was analyzed. Results The first X-ray examination showed that there were 69.23% of patients with tissue changes in bone and joint trauma, and there were 30.77% with tiny fracture in reexamination. The reexamination also showed that there were 9 cases with tiny fracture among elbow fracture patients, 7 cases with tiny fracture among ankle joint injury patients, 5 cases with avulsion fracture among wrist joint injury patients, and 3 cases with fracture among knee joint injury patients. Conclusion Implement of X-ray in diagnosis of patients with soft tissue changes in bone and joint trauma ean provide effective observation on bone and joint X-ray features. X-ray manifestations and trauma situation can provide important reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
