脱细胞异体真皮基质在开放性乳突切开中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脱细胞异体真皮基质(ADM)在开放性乳突切开中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析71例中耳炎患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组(38例)和对照组(33例)。观察组应用ADM覆盖术腔,对照组术腔内未贴敷任何材料。术后比较两组的术腔上皮化时间及恢复情况。结果术后随访两组患者,观察组愈合情况优于对照组;观察组术腔上皮化平均时间为(3.2±0.5)周,对照组为(13.2±2.8)周,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放性乳突根治术中应用脱细胞异体真皮基质贴覆术腔,利于提升手术疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of acellular dermal matrix （ADM） in open mastoidectomy. Methods Clinical data of 71 otitis media patients were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into observation group （38 cases） and control group （33 cases）. The observation group received ADM for cavity covering, and the control group had no cavity covering material. Cavity epithelization time and recovery condition of the two groups were compared after operation. Results Follow-up was taken for the two groups. The observation group had better recovery condition than the control group. The observation group had an average cavity epithelization time as （3.2 ± 0.5） weeks, and that of the control group was （13.2± 2.8） weeks. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of acellular dermal matrix for cavity covering in open mastoidectomy is helpful for improving curative effect, and this method is worthy of clinical promotion.
