摘　　要：目的探讨重度肩锁关节脱位的治疗和疗效,为肩锁关节脱位的治疗提供参考资料。方法回顾性分析73例采用锁骨钩钢板治疗的TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者的临床资料。结果本组获8-16个月随访,根据Karlsson功能评价标准：优58例,良15例,优良率100%。其中5例术后6个月内痛感完全消失。结论对TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位应采取手术治疗,锁骨钩钢板在治疗上符合生物力学特点,方法简便,复位满意,疗效确切,但应严格手术操作程序,消除关节内紊乱发生因素。Objective To investigate treatment and curative effect of severe acromioclavicular joint dislocation, in order to provide reference data for treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 73 cases with Tossy m acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated by clavicular hook plate. Results Follow-up lasted for 8-16 months. According to Karlsson function evaluation standard, there were 58 excellent cases and 15 good cases, with the good rate as 100%. There were 5 cases with totally pain disappearance within 6 months after operation. Conclusion Operation is necessary for Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Clavicular hook plate is a convenient methoct with proper biomechanical characteristics, satisfactory restoration and precise effect. It should be applied strictly by operational program, so as to eliminate factors of internal joint derangement.
