新型野战医疗队规范化建设存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：新型野战医疗队人员、装备、职能任务均发生了变化,对野战医疗队建设提出了新的问题。通过严格抽组标准、规范组织流程、强化业务训练、注重创造革新、加强信息化建设、落实联合组训等方式,可以有效解决这些问题,提升野战医疗队卫勤保障能力、快速反应能力、卫勤持续保障能力和自身保障能力,进一步推动野战医疗队整体建设。Unexceptionally,there has been change in crew,equipment and function of the new-type 50- crew field medical team,which has brought about new challenges to the construction of field medical team. However, practices, for example strict standards on personnel selection, standardized institutional procedures, intensified business trainings,emphasis on innovation and reform,reinforced informatization construction,implemen- tation of allied group training,etc,can solve these problems effectively,improve medical support capability,quick response ability,continuous medical support capability and self-support capacity of field medical team,and further improve the overall construction of the field medical team.
