摘　　要：战备物资是卫勤保障的物质基础,是卫生战备的主要内容,其中战备物资优质管理和"三分四定"制度充分落实是保证卫勤力量快速、有效展开的基础。本文对军队医院战备物资管理中存在的常见问题和处理对策进行研究和探讨。The combat readiness warehouse is the material foundation of medical support and main contents of health combat readiness. Especially,good management of combat readiness warehouse and implemen- tation of ＂Sanfen Siding＂ are fundamental to ensure rapid and effective development of medical sevices forces. This paper explores the common problems and countermeasures in the management of combat readiness warehouse in military hospitals.
